CanAm Advisory was founded on a straightforward conviction: the best strategic advice comes from people who have been held accountable for results — not just responsible for recommendations.
Our founding team and advisor network are drawn from senior leadership roles across three continents. They have managed P&Ls, built and exited businesses, run global operations, and served on corporate boards. They bring that accountability — and that credibility — to every client engagement.
We established the firm in Ontario, Canada to serve a client segment that we know well: SMBs and family-owned businesses in manufacturing and related industries that require serious strategic capability, combined with the execution support to turn strategy into results. Our model is designed to deliver that — senior-level engagement, full execution support, and measurable outcomes at a scale that works for the businesses we serve.
Our work spans Canada, the United States, the GCC, Africa, and India. Our team reflects that reach — with partners, mentors, and advisors based across these geographies, bringing local market knowledge that matters when the work moves from planning into execution on the ground.
